Unique Multi-SKU Healthcare Blow Molding Package

At R&D Molders, Inc., we are capable of creating complete plastic manufacturing solutions that include multiple molded components made from varying materials. The life science package shown here consists of several blow molded components that are produced using high density polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyethylene terephthalate resins. Parts are manufactured on continuous extrusion blow molding machines with multiple cavity outputs. The thick walled vacuum bottles are produced in 1 liter, 2 liter, and 3 liter sizes, all with a minimum thickness of 0.250".

Per customer specifications, the multiple neck closures and adapter fittings are individually labeled, packaged in poly bags and placed in separate boxes. We can accommodate specialized secondary processes such as custom packaging as needed. In process and post production inspections were performed to verify conformance to all customer requirements.
