Unique Shaped Closure

R&D team took project from concept to completion. Features include living hinge, sealing rib to prevent evaporation, custom dispensing orifice, and structural ribs. Large mechanical slides required in mold to form unique undercut geometry.

Equipment: Requires 300 ton injection molding machine with custom designed flexing station mounted to Yushin robot (see video).
