Custom Molding for the Cleaning Industry

Our capabilities at R&D Molders, Inc. include the ability to efficiently produce a range of product types from low volume defense components to high volume consumer goods. The product shown here is a soap bottle that is manufactured using a blend of high density and low density polyethylene. The bottles are molded to tolerances as tight as ±0.005" on multi-cavity output, continuous extrusion blow molding machinery. Our ability to blend resins and develop custom molding processes allowed us to mold the bottles with a wall thickness as thin as ±0.004", maximizing cost effectiveness without compromising product performance.

The bottles are produced with multiple neck configurations and packaged into trays, making it easy for the customer to load into their filling line. We can accommodate specialized secondary services such as custom packaging, as an added convenience to customers. The bottles are 100% inspected for leaks prior to packaging to ensure that all customer standards are met. We can develop in-line testing and inspection procedures for any custom application as needed.
